An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated RMN to join a spectacular Mental Hospital based in Walsall. As a Nurse your will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.
This special hospital is a rehabilitation and recovery service set within a modern, purpose-built mental health centre, specifically designed to support both males and females who have severe, complex and enduring mental health needs, which might include treatment-resistant conditions.
As a Nurse your day to day duties include:
• Ensure the highest possible standards of care, assessing patients' needs and wishes, and developing services to enhance their quality of life.
• Champion appropriate independence and personal choice; developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our patients physical and social needs.
• Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift – ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered, in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
• Ensure all elements of patients experience are positive, from admission to discharge.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines – identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively.
• Ensure you follow a rigorous monitoring and recording practice; documenting efficiently, and thoroughly all matters relating to patients and employees

An ideal Nurse must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
• Able to work with people who have acute mental health illnesses
• Able to write care plans
• Nursing Experience
• Knowledge of the Mental Health Act
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent annual salary of £27,785-£33,000 . This exciting position is for 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
