Clinical Lead Nurse

An excellent job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join an exceptional care home based in the Newtonabbey area. As a Clinical Lead Nurse you will be working with one of UK's leading health care providers.

This special home is a purpose-built nursing home for up to 64 older people. The home specialises in; older people nursing care, dementia nursing, respite care services, reablement/convalescence services and end of life/palliative care.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse your day to day duties include:
• Lead a team of Nurses in ensuring effective clinical skills are taking place
• Lead infection control and clinical skills training and complete audits in these areas
• Follow the companies robust systems and processes to ensure quality assurance
• Ensure they communicate effectively with the team and share safety and medication alerts from a range of sources

The successful Clinical Lead Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £16.50 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £33,033. This exciting position is for 38.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
