Deputy Manager
An excellent new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Manager to work in an exceptional care home setting based in the Epsom area. As a Deputy Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.
The care home is committed to providing residents with high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care. The home is well established with a 20-year track record in the local community.
As a Deputy Manager your responsibilities include :
Assessing clients to ensure all needs are met and subsequently to monitor the planning, delivery and on-going evaluation of care
Medication management to comply with company policies on ordering, administration, storage and destruction of medications.
Conducting clinical audits and overseeing RNs to ensure person centred Care Plans are reviewed and updated as per company policy.
Continually assessing and supervising the work of staff to ensure consistently high standards and the efficient running of the Care Home
Ensuring that the day to day care provision is delivered in accordance with CQC standards, Health & Safety legislation and company policies and procedures.
Management of staff rotas, sickness / absence in accordance with companys policy

NMC Registered
Extensive clinical and management experience
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent annual salary for £48,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role and in return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
