MRI Radiographer

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for an MRI Radiographer to work in an exceptional private hospital setting based in the Kettering, Northamptonshire area. As an MRI Radiographer you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

This special hospital provides convenient, effective, high quality treatment for patients on an inpatient and outpatient basis whether medically insured, self-pay or funded by the NHS.

As an MRI Radiographer your key responsibilities include:
• Undertaking duties in support of MRI
• Coding of Radiology procedures
• Audits
• Processing radiology bookings
• RIS/PACS processes
• Ensuring that the agreed standards of patient care and confidentiality are maintained in accordance with company policies
• To take part in Weekend, Bank Holiday and extended hours rotas
• As a key member of the department, you will support the Radiology Manager in the provision of radiology services

An ideal MRI Radiographer must have these skills and experiences as they are beneficial for this position:
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills
• Demonstrated Computer Skills
• Desirables Experience working in a healthcare or hospital environment
