Clinical Lead

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Lead to work in an exceptional nursing home service based in the Southport area. As a Clinical Lead you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

This special care home has qualified and experienced care staff that are on hand 24 hours a day to provide a high standard of care and they are a highly trained and dedicated team who specialise in care of older people.

As a Clinical Lead your day to day duties include:
• To assist in the day-to-day management, supervision and administration of the entire home, ensuring that it is compliant with relevant legislation and standards.
• To ensure that services are consistently provided to a high standard.
• To promote maximum occupancy and income.
• Take responsibility for ensuring policies and procedures is adhered to on a day to day basis.
• To facilitate training and develop clinical staff to ensure the home is meeting legislation.
• To ensure that care plans are accurate and regularly reviewed and updated.
• Deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager as required.
• To be an ambassador for the home, promoting and marketing the service

An ideal Clinical Lead must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
• Evidence of Clinical Skills & update Training
• Previous care experience with elderly care in care home setting
• An ability to implement the company’s working practices
• Solid understanding of Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirement
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Relevant nursing qualification and current NMC PIN

The successful Clinical Lead will receive an excellent salary of £18.50 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £38,480 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 40 hours a week working on Day Shifts only. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
