An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for dedicated Endoscopy Theatre Lead to work in an outstanding private hospital based in the Marylebone, London area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As the Endoscopy Theatre Lead your key responsibilities include:
• Lead and manage the endoscopy theatre team
• Plan and coordinate daily schedules and resources
• Ensure the availability and maintenance of endoscopy equipment and supplies
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and infection control standards
• Provide direct patient care during procedures
• Uphold quality assurance and control processes
• Oversee staff training and development
• Manage equipment and inventory
• Maintain accurate patient records and reporting
• Collaborate effectively with other hospital departments
• Be prepared to respond to emergency situations

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Minimum of 5 years of endoscopy experience
• At least 2 years in a leadership role in the UK
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of endoscopy equipment, techniques, and infection control
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care

The successful Endoscopy Theatre Lead will receive an excellent salary of £54,000 - £56,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week working early and late shifts.
