Ward Manager

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Ward Manager to work in an exceptional rehabilitation service based in the Borehamwood, Hertfordshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This is a rehabilitation service for men and women with a mental illness including those diagnosed with a personality disorder

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As the Ward Manager your key responsibilities include:
• Provide a high profile, visible clinical leadership to the ward nursing team
• To promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all patients, employees, and visitors
• Ensure that standards of patient care are always maintained within the parameters of operational policies and governing legislation

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
• A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
• Relevant experience in a similar environment
• Proven track record of leadership skills

The successful Ward Manager will receive an excellent salary of £53,000 - £55,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 37.5 hours a week working through Days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
