Staff Nurse - Outpatient

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Staff Nurse - Outpatient to work in a reputable, exceptional private hospital based in the South Kensington, London area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This is a private hospital which offers treatment for both adults and children, and is dedicated to providing world-class care to patients

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse your key duties include:
• Participate in the delivery of a consistent, safe service in all aspects of the patient journey whilst demonstrating a culture of customer service
• Manage care of allocated patients
• Recognise the needs for DOL’s assessments, mental capacity assessment and ‘simple’ and ‘complex’ safeguarding referrals and highlight any concerns
• Have a working knowledge of emergency policies including cardiac arrest
• Deputise for the Senior Staff Nurse in their absence
• Relate to the Sister/Charge Nurse/Lead Nurse in regard to professional issues

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Must have a current ILS certificate or be prepared to undertake the course within the first 3 months
• Experience in Outpatients and Phlebotomy would be desirable
• Appropriate experience in a Staff Nurse role
• Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £35,000 - £39,300 per annum. This exciting position is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
