Senior Night Nurse

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior Night Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Paisley, Scotland area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This care home provides palliative care, Parkinson's nursing, Dementia nursing and convalescence to very high standards to their patients

As the Senior Night Nurse your key duties include:
• Be responsible for leading a team of Nursing and Care staff to ensure excellent standards of care
• Stand in upon absence of the Unit Manager
• Plan rotas/recruit/train and mentor staff
• Build strong relationships with local regulator/providers and Social Services
• Comply to NMC guidelines with administration of medicine

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• You must have previous experience in a nursing management role
• You must have a proven track record in delivering good care results
• You must have a good understanding of CQC/CI and other regulatory bodies (DoLs/MCA)
• Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Senior Night Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £18.00 per hour + Paid Breaks. This exciting position is a Full Time role working throughout Night Shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
