Clinical Lead Manager
An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Lead Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Hastings, East Sussex. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

As the Clinical Lead Manager your key responsibilities include:
With support from your line manager, identify and attend appropriate coaching, training & development opportunities, including mandatory training and service specific training, with regards to your own professional development
Manage all clinical referrals' ensuring information is cascaded and care plans/risk assessments are developed to meet the identified needs of individual
Be responsible for clinical compliance in the home in accordance with internal and external regulations and requirements
To understand, comply with and communicate to your direct reports the Company's Health and Safety and safeguarding adults policies at all times and promote an honest and open culture
To report immediately to the Home Manager, or Person in Charge, any illness of an infectious nature or accident incurred by self, colleagues, resident or visitor
Oversee and ensure medication management is in line with regulatory requirements and the companies' policies
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Have a compassionate and caring attitude
Have an adequate knowledge and experience and an understanding of the nursing role and professional boundaries
Be keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families
You will have a proven track record of leading and supporting teams, have excellent communication skills and be able to remain calm under pressure
The successful Clinical Lead Manager will receive an excellent salary of £46,360 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 40 hours a week working through Day Shifts from 9am to 5pm. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
