An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Steppingley, Bedfordshire area. As the Deputy Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This care home is designed for older people with dementia and also provides a specialist dementia nursing service

An ideal Deputy Manager must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:
• Previous older peoples care experience is desirable but not essential
• Must have worked in deputy type of role previously
• Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
• Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
• Excellent organisation & leadership skills
• Effective communication skills
• Flexible, professional and committed to being the best
• Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our service

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary from £19.00 to £20.00 per hour. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 38.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
