Unit Manager - Clinical

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Unit Manager - Clinical to work in a exceptional care home based in the Paisley, Scotland area. As the Unit Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This is an amazing home in the Paisley and provides palliative care, Parkinson's nursing, Dementia nursing and convalescence to very high standards to their patients

As the Unit Manager your key responsibilities include:
• Be responsible for leading a team of nursing and care staff to ensure excellent standards of care
• Plan rotas/recruit/train and mentor staff
• Build strong relationships with local regulator/providers and Social Services
• Comply to NMC guidelines with administration of medicine

An ideal Unit Manager must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:
• Registered NMC Pin-2 x years minimum
• You must have strong experience working in a Dementia environment
• You must have at least 1 year's experience as a Senior Nurse or Sister
• You must have a proven track record in delivering good care results
• You must have a good understanding of CQC/CI and other regulatory bodies (DoLs/MCA)

The successful Unit Manager will receive an excellent salary of £17.69 per hour. This exciting position is a Full Time role, working through Day Shifts only. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
